On the 18th of November 2023, a seminar convened, drawing 116 third-year students pursuing Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Seshadri Rao Gudlavalleru Engineering College. Accompanying them were three faculty members from the esteemed institution. The event, hosted by Techasoft Pvt. Ltd., aimed to enlighten attendees about forging careers in software development.

The seminar featured intensive discussions on pertinent subjects such as front-end and back-end development, pivotal for the students' prospective careers. Front-end development primarily focuses on enhancing user experience, employing a variety of technologies, design methodologies, and programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure seamless website navigation and interaction.

Conversely, back-end developers concentrate on the server side of websites, handling background operations that establish a website's foundation and overall functionality. Proficient in server-side programming languages like Java, Python, and Ruby, they construct applications, manage website statistics, and develop application programming interfaces (APIs).

Additionally, the agenda covered digital marketing, mobile application development (React Native), and software training. Digital marketing encompasses promotional campaigns showcased across electronic platforms, including social media, paid advertisements, online videos, and display commercials. Mobile application development involves creating software applications for mobile devices, utilizing network connections to interact with remote computer resources. The significance of software training, facilitated through learning management systems, was also emphasized, catering to companies across various industries for employee, customer, and partner training needs.

Machine learning, a subset of artificial intelligence, was discussed extensively, focusing on statistical models and algorithms enabling computers to perform tasks without explicit programming. This includes reinforcement learning, unsupervised classification, semi-supervised learning, and supervised learning.
