On the 21st of September 2023, a seminar convened, gathering 41 students pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (ECE) along with 3 faculty members from the esteemed University College of Engineering, Thindivanam. Organized by Techasoft Pvt. Ltd., the seminar aimed to enlighten attendees about forging a career path in software development.

The seminar delved deep into pivotal subjects crucial for students' future endeavors, notably front-end and back-end development. Front-end development accentuates user experience, employing diverse technologies, design methodologies, and coding languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to facilitate user-friendly website navigation and interaction. Conversely, back-end developers concentrate on server-side operations, laying the groundwork for website functionality and overall performance. Mastery of server-side programming languages like Java, Python, and Ruby is essential for back-end development. Additionally, students can enhance their proficiency in programming languages through boot camps.

The program also encompassed essential topics including software training, mobile application development (React Native), and digital marketing. In practical terms, digital marketing encompasses promotional efforts displayed on electronic devices, spanning social media updates, paid social adverts, online videos, and display commercials. Mobile application development involves crafting software applications for mobile devices, typically leveraging network connections to access remote computer resources. The significance of software training, facilitated by learning management systems, was also underscored, aiding organizations across various industries in providing online training to employees, customers, and business partners.
